ORDER
Choose the perfect size in two simple steps:
- Take Your Measurements: Measure your bust, waist, and hips using a tape measure. Don't pull it too tight; keep it comfortable.
- Compare with Our Size Chart: Check your measurements against our size chart here. If you fall between two sizes, it's generally best to choose the larger one for a comfy fit.
In each product you also find the additional information of THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE GARMENT. These are useful to know more specific measurements, such as the length of the garment, the sleeves, shoulders, among others. Unlike body measurements, these are usually larger and depend on the type of garment. They have a tolerance of +/- 2cm and they can be used to compare them with the measurements of garments you already own.

We offer free exchange on your first order. Here’s how it works:
- Sign up for an exchange
Visit our exchange portal and select the new size you need. - Receive your return label and send it back
We’ll send you a return label, and we’ll cover it cost. - Receive your new size
Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new size to you for free.
This offer is valid for orders from countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway. For all other countries, we cover 50% of the return label cost.
This offer applies to orders placed after 28.09.2024 and it is not valid for samples and products on sale.
Once you have placed your order and completed the payment, you will receive an email with the ORDER CONFIRMATION, the order number and product details.
The payment will be debited directly. In case you have chosen to pay after 30 days (PayPal or Klarna) the payment will be debited from your account after this time.
When we have shipped your order you will receive a new email with the TRACKING NUMBER and the link to track your shipment.

As we work with a limited quantity (around 5-10 pieces per size), pre-ordering is the best way to reserve a garment before its official release and avoid the risk that your size may be out of stock.
This also allows us to calculate better the number of garments in each size and avoid the unnecessary waste.
All reserved garments will be shipped as soon as they are available and no later than the last indicated shipping date.

If your order contains pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your order will ship once everything is ready to be shipped.
To get your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place a separate order.

In a Sample/Archive Sale you can shop singles pieces are special prices.
A Sample is a single piece different to the original garment due to some of the following reasons:
- Different fabric as the original
- Never went into production
- Small imperfections
- Printing problems
- Has marks or stains
- Imperfect print
- Not A1 quality
If a sample has major defects, these are shown in the pictures.
An Archive piece is a last piece of old collection.
The return/exchange of archive or samples pieces is not possible.
We do not restock items. If you like a garment, buy it before it is sold out in your size.
A sold out garment may become available again due to a return. To be notified if it is back in stock, choose your garment and size and click on the "NOTIFY ME" button on the product page. Then enter your email address. We will send you an email as soon as the garment and size are available for purchase.
We will consider restocking a garment only if we have received enough requests for it in various sizes.
We ship worldwide.
From August 29, Taxes and Duties to the US and the UK are included in the final price.
Please note that orders to be shipped outside the European Union (excluding US and UK) may be subject to import taxes once the order enters the country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes. Since it depends on the regulations of each country, we recommend you to obtain more information before placing an order.
If you have received a notice from the customs office for a customs tax payment, contact your local post office or customs office for more information. We do not have any information about each country's customs regulations, or why or how they calculate the tax.

Delayed/Lost shipments: orders may take more or less time than expected to arrive. If your order is taking way too long, let us know your order number, and we'll check with the shipping company. They decide if a package is "lost," and this process can take a few weeks. We'll refund your order when it's officially declared lost.
Undeliverable or refused shipments: If a shipment comes back to us marked as "undeliverable" or you don't accept it, the return costs won't be covered by us, and we'll deduct them from your refund.
Package or product damaged: contact us with pictures of the damage within 3 days after the date of delivery (by tracking). This process takes time, not controlled by us but by the shipping company. We'll refund you or send a replacement once the claim is sorted. Without photos within 3 days, we can't replace the item or start a claim.

PAYMENT
You can pay safe with: Paypal, Pay later with Klarna, Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Finance with Klarna, Pay now with Klarna, Gift Card , iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Choose PayPal or Klarna at checkout. You will be redirected to the PayPal or Klarna site. Choose whether to Pay after 30 days or in Small installments.

Go to checkout and write the code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box. Finally click on "Apply". Discount codes are valid for a limited time. Once expired they cannot be used.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. For all countries, shipping is free of charge for orders from 299€.

Yes, you can pick it up at our studio in Berlin. Simply select the "Pick Up" option at checkout and you will receive an email with the date and time to pick it up at our studio.
In order for us to send your Express order on the same day, please make your purchase before 12:00 (CEST time zone).
Express Orders can be shipped only on business days.

After we have shipped your order you will receive an email with your TRACKING NUMBER and the link to track it.
If you haven't received any email or you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us with your name and order number so we can assist you.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
You can exchange your product.
To exchange it, visit our Returns and Exchange Portal with your order number and email. Select the desired item and size for exchange. This reserves the item for you. Choose your preferred return method: send it yourself or use our return label.
Once we receive your return, we'll dispatch the new item to you.
Ensure the product to exchange meets our return policy conditions.
If you need to correct the size and your order hasn't shipped, contact us promptly for the right item. More details can be found HERE.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The garment must be sent within 14 days after receiving the order.
- The garment must be in the same condition as it was sent, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- The garment must have all the labels.
The return of samples is not possible.
We offer paid Return Labels to download from our Return Portal . Find all the information about How to make a Return HERE.
- Order not shipped: If your order hasn't been sent out yet, quickly email us at hello@julyliebe.com with your order number. If it's already on its way, accept it and follow the return steps.
- Refusal of delivery: If your order was sent and you refuse the package or don't pick it up from the post office, and it gets sent back to us, there will be extra costs deducted from your refund.
- Refusal of customs payment: For orders outside EU, if there are customs taxes and you choose not to pay them, tell about your decision to your country's customs office or the post office. If you don't, they'll keep the package indefinitely. Due to customs rules, Julyliebe has to pay the customs tax for a cancelled order to get it back. After we check and process the return, we'll start the refund process, deducting any extra charges we've paid, like return shipping and getting the package back.
If you're ordering from outside the European Union, check your country's customs rules before buying to avoid problems.
We will refund the payment to you within 14 days of the arrival of your return.
You can choose between:
- (NEW) Store credit + 5% bonus: once we receive your return you will receive a code for the amount of your purchase plus an additional 5% ready to use in our shop.
- Original payment method: we will refund you the amount of your purchase in the payment method you've used.
In the case of having used our return label, we will deduct its cost from the refund. More info HERE.
