Exchange & Return

Please note that we can only accept returns if they are made on time and in accordance with the Return Policy below:

  • 14-day right of return policy: From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it to us (according to the tracking number). This doesn't mean that we must receive the return within this deadline, but that it must be sent to us before the end of the 14-day period.
  • Products must be returned in the exact condition you received them in, unworn, unwashed and undamaged (please avoid trying on garments with makeup on)
  • The attached labels as well as the article must be sent to us complete and undamaged.
  • The return of samples and gift cards is not possible.

    Make an exchange to reserve a size in time before it is sold out! If you have bought something at a reduced price, don't worry! you can exchange it for the same price.

    1. Go to our Return and Exchange portal and select the "Exchange" option.
    2. Choose the size you want to exchange your garment for and the way you want to send your return (read "Return Steps" below). If you want to exchange more than one garment, select only one item first, click on "Exchange" and complete the process. Once you are finished with the first item, click on "Back to item list" and continue with the exchange of the next one.
    3. After submitting your exchange, you will receive an email confirmation.
    4. Once we have received your return we will send you the new items.




    1. Go to our Exchange and Return Portal and enter your order number and email address.
    2. Choose the items to return or exchange and the refund method.
    3. Choose the shipping method of your return: using our paid Return Label (see prices below) or send it by yourself. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your return with all the information you need to include in the return package.

      International returns (outside the European Union) must be sent using exclusively our return label. International packages that are shipped on your own without using our shipping label will not be accepted.

      If you are in the European Union and have decided to send it back by yourself, send the return to the address below. We recommend that the shipment is insured and has a tracking number. Julyliebe will not be responsible for tracking or any problems incurred in the shipment of a return made without our return label.

    4. Choose your refund method: Store credit + 5% bonus: once we receive your return you will receive a code for the amount of your purchase plus an additional 5% ready to use in our shop (store credits are made in euros). Or Original payment method: you will receive the refund in the payment method you've used.
    5. Send the return/exchange in the original box. If you decide to use another one, make sure it is of a similar size to avoid extra charges.
    6. Here you can find an Access Point where you can hand in your return.
      In the case there is no access point in your country, you can find a contact option here to have it picked up at your home.

    7. Please keep your delivery receipt until you have received a refund from us. We will refund your payment within 14 days from the arrival of your return.



    Please note that you will receive our return label via email within 24 hours after submitting your return. Return labels used for exchanges have a 50% discount. In the case of a return, we will deduct it cost from the refund. In the case of an exchange, we will send you an invoice for its cost before sending you the new package.

    If you are in Berlin, you can also return your package to our studio after making an appointment.


    Please note that from the arrival of your return we have 14 days to check your order and product and make the refund. Contact us only if you have not received your refund after 14 days.

    If you have used our paid return label, we will deduct the cost from the refund.

    Store credits cannot be exchanged or refund later for a cash payment.


    If you have sent a return that does not follow our Return Policy described above, we will contact you to send you an invoice for the shipping charges to send the package back to you.
