TEST Return & Exchange

Please note that we can only accept returns if they are made on time and in accordance with the Return Policy below:

  • 14-day right of return policy: From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it to us (according to the tracking number). This doesn't mean that we must receive the return within this deadline, but that it must be sent to us before the end of the 14-day period.
  • Products must be returned in the exact condition you received them in, unworn, unwashed and undamaged (please avoid trying on garments with makeup)
  • The attached labels as well as the article must be sent to us complete and undamaged.
    Further information is available in the Cancellation Policy and in the general Terms and Conditions.

    A return of samples due the described defects is not possible.

    We have updated our Exchange and Return process and now we offer our return labels to more countries! These updates apply to all exchanges and returns made since July 27th.


    Make an exchange to reserve a size in time before it is sold out. To exchange your order, go to our Return and Exchange portal and select the "Exchange" option. Choose the size you want to exchange your garment for and the way you want to send your return (with our paid return label or sent by yourself).
    If you want to exchange more than one garment, select only one item first, click on "Exchange" and complete the process. Once you are finished with the first item, click on "Back to item list" and continue with the exchange of the next one.
    Once we have received your return we will send you the new items.



    You can choose between 2 ways to receive your refund:

    • (NEW) Store credit + 5% bonus: once we receive your return you will receive a code for the amount of your purchase plus an additional 5% ready to use in our shop.
    • Original payment method: we will refund you the amount of your purchase in the payment method you've used.

    Please note if you have used our paid return label, we will deduct the cost from the refund. We will refund your payment within 14 days from the arrival of your return.


    1. Go to our Exchange and Return Portal and enter your order number and email address. Then choose the items to return or exchange and the refund method.
    2. Choose the shipping method of your return. You can choose between sending it yourself or our paid return label (see prices below). If you choose our return label, you will receive it in your email within 24 hours after submitting the return.
    3. If you have decided to send it yourself, complete and include the Return Form in the package. This is obligatory to know whom the return belongs to

      We recommend that the shipment is insured and has a tracking number.
    4. Send the return in the original box. If you decide to use another one, make sure it is of a similar size to avoid extra charges.
    5. Please keep your delivery receipt until you have received a refund from us.


    Please note that our Return Label is only valid for 7 days. Return labels used for exchanges have a 50% discount. In the case of a return, we will deduct it cost from the refund. In the case of an exchange, we will send you an invoice for its cost before sending you the new package.

    International returns (outside the EU):

    If you have chosen to send the return by yourself from a non-EU country, please note the following:

    • You have to send the return on your own to the address clarified above. If the shipping company requires a contact phone number, please provide the following +4915229703208
    • We recommend you that the shipment is insured and has a tracking number to avoid any inconvenience.
    • On the shipping label in the "Category of item" section you must clarify that it is "return of goods" or "returned goods". In no way should it be marked as "merchandise" or the return will be denied.
    • On the same return label you must clarify what the package contains, quantity, weight and value among other information (customs declaration).
    • Please note that the German customs will receive and control the package, so the time it takes for the package to reach us may vary and does not depend on us.


    If you are in Berlin, you can also return your package to our studio after making an appointment.


    If you have sent a return that does not follow our Return Policy described above, we will contact you to send you an invoice for the shipping charges to send the package back to you.
