ORDER
To know your size we always recommend taking your body measurements (bust, waist and hips) and comparing them with the measurements in our SIZE CHART that you find here. You will also find a COMPARATIVE SIZE CHART with references to European, UK and USA sizes.
In each product you also find the additional information of THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE GARMENT. These are useful to know more specific measurements, such as the length of the garment, the sleeves, shoulders, among others. Unlike body measurements, these are usually larger and depend on the type of garment. They have a tolerance of +/- 2cm and they can be used to compare them with the measurements of garments you already own.

Once you have placed your order and completed the payment, you will receive an email with the ORDER CONFIRMATION, the order number and product details.
The payment will be debited directly. In case you have chosen to pay after 30 days (PayPal or Klarna) the payment will be debited from your account after this time.
When we have shipped your order you will receive a new email with the TRACKING NUMBER and the link to track your shipment.

As we work with a limited quantity (around 5-10 pieces per size), pre-ordering is the best way to reserve a garment before its official release and avoid the risk that your size may be out of stock.
This also allows us to calculate better the number of garments in each size and avoid the unnecessary waste.
All reserved garments will be shipped as soon as they are available and no later than the last indicated shipping date.

We create garments in very limited quantity and without restock. Therefore, a sold-out product is no longer produced.
A product may become available again if another customer returns it. If you want us to notify you when a garment is available again, go to the product page, choose your size and click on "NOTIFY ME". We will send you an email as soon as the garment and size are available for purchase.

We ship worldwide. Please note that orders to be shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes once the order enters the country. Contact the customs office of your country to obtain more information in this regard.
PAYMENT
You can pay safe with: Paypal, Pay later with Klarna, Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Finance with Klarna, Pay now with Klarna, Gift Card , iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Go to checkout and write the code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" box. Finally click on "Apply". Discount codes are valid for a limited time. Once expired they cannot be used.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. For all countries, shipping is free of charge for orders from 200€.

Yes, you can pick it up at our studio in Berlin. Simply select the "Pick Up" option at checkout and you will receive an email with the date and time to pick it up at our studio.
We offer Express Shipping only for purchases over €200.
In order for us to send your Express order on the same day, please make your purchase before 12:00 (CEST time zone).
Express Orders can be shipped only on business days.

After we have shipped your order you will receive an email with your TRACKING NUMBER and the link to track it.
If you haven't received any email or you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us with your name and order number so we can assist you.
Delayed/Lost shipments: Keep in mind that shipping times are average times, so an order may take less or more days to arrive.
If your order takes much longer than estimated to arrive, please contact us with your order number so we can check it with the shipping company.
The shipping company is responsible for determining if a package is declared "lost". This process can take several weeks and is not up to us. We will refund your order as soon as the package is declared lost.
Undeliverable or refused shipments: If shipments are returned to us with the remark "undeliverable" or if you refuse to accept the shipment when it arrives, there will be costs for the return that we will not assume and we will deduct from the refund amount.
Package or product damaged: If your package or product arrives damaged, broken, dirty, wet or incomplete please contact us urgently within 3 days (after the date of delivery confirmation by tracking)It is very important that you send to us photos of the condition of the package/product to make the claim. Keep in mind that this can take time and it is not up to us, but rather the shipping company. We will refund your purchase or send you a new replacement garment when the claim is resolved. If we don’t receive a photo within the 3 days after the arrival date, we will not be able to replace the item or start a claim.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
Go to our Returns and Exchange Portal with your order number and email to initiate an exchange. Choose which item to exchange and the size. This way we will reserve the garment for you.
In the same process you can choose how to send your first order, if you send it yourself or using our return label.
As soon as your return arrives, we'll send you the new one.

If you have made a mistake and want to correct the size and your order has not been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible so we can send you the correct one.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The garment must be sent within 14 days after receiving the order.
- The garment must be in the same condition as it was sent, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- The garment must have all the labels.
We offer paid Return Labels to download from our Return Portal . Find all the information about How to make a Return HERE.
- If you have placed an order and it has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@julyliebe.com with your order number. If the order was shipped, accept the delivery and follow the steps for the return.
- If you cancel the reception of the package or do not pick it up from the mail after a while and it is sent back to us, there will be costs that we will not assume and that we will deduct from the refund of the purchase
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If your order has customs taxes and you have decided not to pay them, please inform your country's customs office or the post office about your decision so they can send the package back to us. If you don't do this, they will hold the package indefinitely.
Please note that due to customs regulations, Julyliebe must pay the customs tax on a cancelled order in order to ship the package back to us. Once we receive the order and check it, we must begin the process for the refund of the payment we have made. This process takes some time to complete and is not up to us.
Once finalized this process, we will make the refund of the purchase and deduct any extra charges julyliebe has paid, such as the cost of return shipping and the costs of the process to obtain the package back.
If you order from outside the European Union, inform yourself about the custom regulations of your country before placing the order to avoid inconveniences.
We will refund the payment to you within 14 days of the arrival of your return.
You can choose between:
- (NEW) Store credit + 5% bonus: once we receive your return you will receive a code for the amount of your purchase plus an additional 5% ready to use in our shop.
- Original payment method: we will refund you the amount of your purchase in the payment method you've used.
In the case of having used our return label, we will deduct its cost from the refund. More info HERE.
