Exchange & Return

Holiday Special - Free Exchanges & Returns: From December 16th to 31st, all orders include free exchanges and returns. The returns label can be used once per order number, and any additional returns will require the customer to cover the shipping costs. This offer is valid for orders from the European Union, USA, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway. Samples are excluded.

Extended December Return Period: While all orders typically include a 14-day right of return, any orders placed on or after December 6 can now be exchanged or returned until January 3. Enjoy more flexibility this holiday season!.

Important information for samples purchased during the Sample Sale on December 6 to 12: You can return your Sample Sale items in exchange for store credit. To start the process, email hello@julyliebe.com with the subject "Sample Return + [Your Order Number]". In the email content, please include the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. You will receive a return label via email within 24 hours. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit. Additionally, all returned items must comply with the conditions outlined in our return policy below. If an item does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted. This return policy applies exclusively to Sample Sale orders placed on these dates.

Please note that returns are accepted only if made on time and in accordance with our Return Policy:

  • 14-day return policy: You have 14 days from receiving your order (as per the tracking number) to send it back.This doesn't mean that we must receive the return within this deadline, but that it must be sent to us before the end of the 14-day period.
  • Products must be returned in the exact condition received: unworn, unwashed, no perfume smell and undamaged (avoid trying on with makeup or perfume).
  • All hangtags must remain attached to the product and undamaged.
  • Returns or exchanges of samples and gift cards are not possible.

    EXCHANGE

    Make an exchange to reserve a size in time before it is sold out. If you have bought something at a reduced price, don't worry! You can exchange it for the same item in a different size at the same price.

    1. Go to our Return and Exchange portal and select the "Exchange" option.
    2. Choose the size you want to exchange your garment for. If you want to exchange more than one garment, select only one item first, click on "Exchange" and complete the process. Once you are finished with the first item, click on "Back to item list" and continue with the exchange of the next one.
    3. After submitting your exchange, you will receive an email confirmation.
    4. Follow the Return Steps below for the return of your order. Once we have received your return we will send you the new items.

    RETURN STEPS

    1. Go to our Exchange and Return Portal and enter your order number and email address.
    2. Choose the items to return or exchange.
    3. Choose your refund method: Store credit + 5% bonus: once we receive your return you will receive a code for the amount of your purchase plus an additional 5% ready to use in our shop (store credits are made in euros). Or Original payment method: you will receive the refund in the payment method you've used.
    4. You will receive the return label by email within 24 hours.
    5. Send the return/exchange in the original box. If you decide to use another one, make sure it is of a similar size to avoid extra charges.
    6. Here you can find an Access Point where you can hand in your return.
      In the case there is no access point in your country, you can find a contact option here to have it picked up at your home.

    7. Please keep your delivery receipt until you have received a refund from us. We will refund your payment within 14 days from the arrival of your return.
    8. Julyliebe is not responsible for problems with returns shipped without our label. International orders must be returned using our label.

    OUR RETURN LABEL & PRICES:

    Return labels used for exchanges have a 50% discount. In the case of a return, we will deduct it cost from the refund. In the case of an exchange, we will send you an invoice for its cost before sending you the new package.

    If you are in Berlin, you can also return your package to our studio after making an appointment.

    REFUND

    Please note that from the arrival of your return we have 14 days to check your order and product and make the refund. Contact us only if you have not received your refund after 14 days.

    The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

    Store credits cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

    NOT ACCEPTED RETURNS

    If you have sent a return that does not follow our Return Policy described above, we will contact you to send you an invoice for the shipping charges to send the package back to you.
